## How to Create a Welcome Sign-Up Form 1. Log in to your [Retainful dashboard](https://app.retainful.com/analytics/dashboard). 2. Navigate to **Sign-Up Forms** and click '**Create a Form'**.

3. Enter a name for your form. 4. Select an Audience List.
