Connecting Retainful with Breve (SendInBlue)

Brevo (Formerly Sendinblue) Integration with Retainful syncs customer data and automates email marketing campaigns, enhancing retention and increasing sales.

NOTE: This feature is available exclusively for upgraded plans in Retainful.

This integration allows you to

  • Seamlessly sync customer data between Retainful and Brevo.

  • Automate abandoned cart recovery, follow-up emails, and personalized campaigns through Retainful’s features.

  • Utilize Brevo’s powerful email marketing tools to create dynamic, engaging content for your audience.

Follow the Steps to Integrate Brevo (Formerly SendInBlue) to Retainful

Step 1: Login in Brevo (Formerly SendInBlue) Account

Go to settings > Navigate to the Profile icon

Step 2: Choose Profile Option

After login in Brevo (Formerly SendInBlue) > Choose Profile

Step 3: Generating API Access In Brevo (Formerly SendInBlue)

After Choosing the SMTP & API - Choose API Section > Generating a New API Key > Name the API Key > After Naming the API Key > Click OK > Copy the API Key

Step 4: Connecting Brevo (Formerly SendInBlue)

Log in to Retainful Account > Integrations > Available Apps > Choose SendInBlue

Paste the Copied API Key in the Section for syncing Brevo (Formerly SendInBlue).

After configuring the API key access, it will appear under connected apps

How to Integrate Brevo in Automation Workflow

Login in Retainful > Automation > Choose the Automation - To sync with Brevo

Click Edit Icon of Automation Workflow - Add New Block

NOTE: Brevo will appear as an option only after successfully connecting it within Retainful.

Selecting a List in Brevo

If you have created a new list or are using an existing list in Brevo, it will appear in Retainful when you select the "List" option. Choose the list where you want to sync your automation customers or users to be added to the Brevo list.

Saving Changes

After choosing the list and configuring Brevo, save the changes to ensure the settings are applied correctly.
