Step 1: Accessing Your Retainful Wallet
Log in to your Retainful dashboard.
Navigate to Settings from the main menu.
Click on Billing.
In the Billing page, select the Wallet tab.
You’ll now be taken to the Retainful Wallet page, where you can view your current wallet balance, track your recent transactions, check your wallet usage, and manage your wallet settings as needed.
Step 2: Top Up Your Wallet (Auto Deduction Method)
On the Retainful Wallet page, click on the “Top Up” button.
Once added, the amount will be automatically deducted from your wallet based on your usage for SMS, AI, and WhatsApp features.
This ensures uninterrupted service for your automations.
How to do Manual Payment via Invoice
If there’s an error with auto top-up (due to incorrect email ID or card issues), you can manually make a payment through an invoice. Here’s how:
Go to Settings and click on Billing.
Under the Summary section, choose View Invoice History.
Click on Pay to make a manual payment against your outstanding invoice.
You’ll be able to pay for your wallet manually this way, and services will resume once the payment is processed.
For continuous service, we recommend enabling Auto Top-up whenever possible to avoid service interruptions.
