Things You Need Before Integrating Zapier:
Before integrating Zapier with Retainful, make sure you have the following:

Step 1: Log in to Zapier
Go to your Zapier account

Click on Create Zap.

Step 2: Generate a Webhook URL - Zapier
Choose the Trigger option.

In Zapier, choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app.

Select Catch Hook as the trigger event.

Enter the Text for Generating the Link.

Click the Test Trigger Option

Zapier will generate a unique Webhook URL for you.

Step 3: Login in Retainful
Login in Retainful Account > Click Integrations Section > Choose Available Apps Tab
Select Zapier Integrations

Paste the Copied Webhook URL

After clicking the "Connect" button, Zapier will appear under Connected Apps.

How to Integrate Zapier in Automation Workflow
You can easily sync customer data to Zapier through your Retainful automation workflow. Follow these steps:
Check the Connection
Make sure Zapier is connected to Retainful.
Go to the "Integrations" section in Retainful and check if it appears under "Connected Apps"
Open the Workflow
Go to the "Automation" section in Retainful.
Open the workflow where you want to add Zapier.


Add Zapier Block
Add a New Block in the automation for sync


Choose Zapier

Save and Activate
Save the workflow and activate it to start syncing customer data automatically.
