Learn how to connect Retainful with Zapier to automate tasks and streamline your workflows. This guide walks you through enabling the Zapier integration in Retainful, setting up triggers and actions, and creating custom Zaps to sync data with over 5,000 apps effortlessly. Simplify your processes and enhance productivity with Retainful and Zapier.
List what the user needs to get started:
A Retainful account.
A Zapier account (free or premium, depending on the apps).
Admin access to set up the integration.
Go to your Zapier account
Click on Create Zap.
Choose the Trigger option.
In Zapier, choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app.
Select Catch Hook as the trigger event.
Enter the Text for Generating the Link.
Click the Test Trigger Option
Zapier will generate a unique Webhook URL for you.
Login in Retainful Account > Click Integrations Section > Choose Available Apps Tab
Select Zapier Integrations
Paste the Copied Webhook URL
After clicking the "Connect" button, Zapier will appear under Connected Apps.
You can easily sync customer data to ConvertKit through your Retainful automation workflow. Follow these steps:
Make sure ConvertKit is connected to Retainful.
Go to the "Integrations" section in Retainful and check if it appears under "Connected Apps"
Go to the "Automation" section in Retainful.
Open the workflow where you want to add ConvertKit.
Add a New Block in the automation for sync
NOTE Zapier will appear as an option only after successfully connecting it within Retainful.
Save the workflow and activate it to start syncing customer data automatically.
