Automation Outbox

Learn how to check sent emails in Retainful.

Here you can find the emails that are sent to your customers from Retainful so far.

Automation Outbox Insights

The Automation Outbox section provides detailed insights into email performance, including delivery, open rates, clicks, bounces, and sales generated from automation campaigns.

  • Delivered: The total number of emails successfully sent.

  • Opened: The percentage of recipients who opened the email.

  • Clicked: The percentage of recipients who clicked on links within the email.

  • Skipped: The percentage of emails skipped in the workflow.

  • Bounced: The percentage of emails that failed to deliver.

  • Sales: The total revenue generated from automation emails.

Automation Outbox Table

The table displays detailed metrics for each email sent, including delivery status, open rates, clicks, bounces, and sales.

  • Subject & Cart ID: The email subject and associated cart ID.

  • Flow Name: The name of the automation flow.

  • Email: The recipient’s email address.

  • Delivered: A checkmark indicates successful delivery.

  • Opened: A checkmark indicates the email was opened.

  • Clicked: A checkmark indicates a link in the email was clicked.

  • Bounced: A checkmark indicates the email bounced.

  • Unsubscribed: A checkmark indicates the recipient unsubscribed.

  • Skipped: A checkmark indicates the email was skipped.

The Automation Outbox offers a comprehensive overview of email performance, helping you track and optimize your automation campaigns effectively.
