You might have multiple e-commerce stores and want to reduce abandoned carts on all of them. You might wonder if you have to create multiple accounts to manage all your carts effectively. Retainful allows you to add and manage as many stores as you wish on your Retainful account. All you have to do is . The stores would be managed independently within the Retainful account.

Add store

On the left corner of your Retainful account, you will find the store to which Retainful is connected. Click on the drop-down and click on 'Add store'.

Choose your store's platform

Retainful supports WooCommerce and Shopify. Choose WooCommerce to add your WooCommerce online store.

Create store

Fill in all the details to create a store like store URL, Store name, Store establishment date, First name, Last name, Primary Email address, Alternate Email address, and Phone number.

Great job! Your store details are now successfully added to your Retainful account. Click 'Continue' to start configuring your store settings and unlock the full potential of Retainful.
