Learn how to check conversions in Retainful
In this section, you can find the list of conversions you have made so far using Retainful.
This list consists of conversions of the following categories,
Abandoned Cart
Post Purchase
Abandoned Cart
When a customer recovers his/her abandoned cart after receiving email reminders from Retainful, it will be listed as an ‘Abandoned Cart’ conversion.
Post Purchase
When a customer successfully places an order using the coupon code send in post purchase emails from Retainful, it will be listed as a ‘Post Purchase’ conversion.
You can use the ‘Dropdown’ on the right side to filter the conversions based on category.
