In this section, you can find the list of conversions you have made so far using Retainful.

Conversion Insights

  • From Campaigns: Displays the total revenue generated and the number of orders obtained through campaigns.

  • From Automation: Shows the total revenue generated and the number of orders recovered via automated workflows.

  • From Recovered Carts: Highlights the total revenue and number of carts recovered through Retainful.

Additional details

  • Filter: Use the Filter by Automation or Campaign option to view specific conversion details.

  • Conversion Details: The list includes the following details for each recovered cart:

    • Date: The exact date and time of the conversion.

    • Email: The customer's email address is associated with the conversion.

    • Name: The customer's name.

    • Amount: The revenue generated from the order.

    • Conversion Order ID: The unique order ID associated with the conversion.

The Conversions section provides detailed insights into the revenue and order data generated through campaigns, automation, and recovered carts, helping you track performance effectively.
