Enabling Signup Forms In Retainful Settings
Learn how you can effortlessly create easy-to-use Sign-Up Forms and unlock the opportunities.
The sign-up form is a pop-up feature that prompts visitors on your site to provide their email contact. With Retainful, you can create these pop-up forms to transform site visitors into customers and engage them through tailored emails.
Enable Signup Forms/Popups in Retainful Settings for WooCommerce Merchants
Go to your WordPress dashboard.
Navigate to Retainful -> Settings.
Set 'Enable Signup Forms / Popups' to 'Yes'.
Enabling the Signup Form in the Retainful Plugin for Shopify Merchants
For Existing Users
Access Retainful Dashboard:
Go to your Retainful dashboard.
Navigate to the Signup Form.
Click Get Started.
Update Shopify Scope:
Click Update to modify the scope and enable the signup form in Shopify.
You will be redirected to the store admin page.
Update Data Access:
Update the data access settings.
Click Update.
You will be redirected back to the Retainful dashboard.
Enable Signup Form:
Go to Retainful dashboard -> Signup Form -> Click Get Started again.
Follow the instructions to enable the signup form.
Instructions to Enable Signup Form in Shopify:
Step 1: Go to your Theme Editor -> App Embeds and enable the "Retainful" widget.
Step 2: Paste your store access token in the input box.
Step 3: Click the "Save" button. Ensure to save before you exit the theme editor.
For New Users

Go to your Retainful dashboard.
Navigate to the Signup Form.
Click Get Started.

Welcome Popup:
The Welcome Popup appears when a visitor first lands on your website. It provides a warm greeting and often includes a call-to-action or special offer to encourage immediate engagement.
Benefits: Creates a positive first impression, introduces visitors to promotions, and encourages them to explore further. An effective way to capture initial interest and encourage sign-ups.
Embed Form:
An embedded form that is placed or “embedded” directly into a webpage. This can be done through a process where a code snippet is inserted into the HTML of the webpage. The form can be a contact form, a survey, a registration form, or any other type of form that collects information from users.
