Metrics
The Metrics option allows you to view your Referral activity for your store once you have enabled the Referral program for the store.
To view the Metrics please navigate to Retainful Dashboard-> Referrals
Total Revenue: It displays the total revenue gained to the store via the referral program.
Reward Issued: It displays the total number of rewards issued from the store via the referral program.
Referral Members: The total number of customers with referral links.
Recent Referral Activities
The recent referral activities will help you view all the Referral actions taken place with your store. To view that please click on "View All" option.
That should redirect you to the Referral Activities page as below:
