Learn how to migrate your next order coupon campaign to the automations.

Next Order Coupon

We are going to deprecate/remove the ‘Next Order Coupon’ tab/menu from the Retainful plugin soon. If you are using this feature, we would suggest you to migrate the ‘Next Order Coupon’ campaign to the ‘Automations’.

NOTE: This is not applicable for Shopify stores and new users.

Please follow the below instructions to migrate the Next Order Coupon campaign.

1. Login to your WordPress dashboard -> Retainful -> Next Order Coupon

2. Disable the Next Order Coupon campaign

3. Now, login to your Retainful dashboard -> Automations

4. Edit your Next Order Coupon campaign/workflow

5. In the workflow editor, click on the ‘Coupon’ block to find the coupon settings on the right side.

6. In the settings, select the option ‘Generate a coupon code based on rules’ and set up the coupon.

NOTE: If you want to set up a percentage discount, please click on the ‘Amount’ or ‘Free shipping’ discount type once, then select ‘Percentage’.

7. Once the coupon configuration is done, please click on the ‘Save & Publish’ button on the top.

8. You can select the ‘Let them finish the workflow’ option and click on the ‘Publish Changes’ button.

That’s all required.

Your Next Order Coupon campaign is migrated to the automations now.
