Template Manager

In Retainful, the Template Manager allows you to create and save custom email templates that can be reused in your marketing campaigns.

NOTE: These templates are best suited for manual or campaign-based emails and are not compatible with automation workflows, as they may include dynamic elements like order summary blocks.

Steps to Create a Template

Step 1: Access Template Manager

In your Retainful dashboard, select Content and switch to the Template Manager tab. Click on the Create Template button.

Step 2: Select Your Base Template

Click the Preview icon to view the base template before selecting it.

Once you have selected your base template, click on the Clone button.

Provide a name for your template and click on Continue to customize your base template.

Step 3: Save Your Template

In the email editor, you can customize your base template. Once you have created your template, click on the Save button.
