# Media Library

The Media Library in Retainful helps you upload and manage images and files used in your email campaigns. It ensures all your visual assets are easily accessible in one place, so you can quickly insert branded images, product photos, or promotional banners into your emails, saving time and maintaining design consistency across your campaigns.

### Steps to Upload Files in Media Library

**Step 1**: Access Media Library

In your Retainful dashboard, click on Content and select the Media Library tab.

**Step 2**: Upload Your File

Click on the Upload button to upload your file.

**NOTE:**

Supported file formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF, with a maximum file size limit of 1 MB.

### Using Media Library Images in Automation and Campaign Emails

1. Open the automation or campaign email in the email editor.
2. Drag and drop the Image block into your email where you want to insert a file from the Media Library.
3. Click on the Replace Image button to access your media library files.
