How to delete a Bounce-back email or a failed email address?
To delete bounce-back or failed email addresses, identify them through your email platform’s bounce report. Remove or correct invalid addresses to ensure better email deliverability. Using email valid
Step 1: Creating the List in the Audience Section Go to Retainful Dashboard > Audience > Go to List Section > Create a List
Step 2: After creating a list, click on "Add By Condition."
Add Contacts > Add by condition
Step 3: Selecting a group of 'Email Campaign Properties'
Add Condition Group > Select Group > Email Campaign Properties
Step 4: Adding the Rule for Email Campaign Properties Click on 'Add Rule' > Campaign Email Status > is > Failed > is in the Last > 365 days
Step 5: Selecting the Bounced or Failed Emails Click View Matched Contact
Add all 'x' contacts that have failed in the email campaign.
All the contacts will be displayed.
Step 6: Deleting the Bounced or Failed Emails in the List Go to the Audience section > Bulk Delete
Select the list to delete that you have created before, which has the list of failed contacts or bouncing email addresses.
Click the Delete All option
