This guide walks you through the steps to install the Retainful plugin and connect it to your WooCommerce store.
Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
Navigate to Plugins → Add New.
In the search bar, type Retainful and press enter.
Locate the Retainful plugin in the search results and click Install Now.
Once installed, click Activate to enable the plugin.
Login to your Retainful Dashboard (If you do not have an account, Signup for Free)
Go to Account Settings
Account Settings -> General -> Copy your App ID and Secret Key
Go to your WordPress dashboard and select the Retainful plugin.
Navigate to the Connection tab.
Paste the API keys into the respective fields.
Click Connect.
Once the connection is successfully established, a confirmation message will appear.
Your WooCommerce store is now fully connected to Retainful, enabling you to track and recover carts effectively.
You can now track and recover abandoned carts from your store.
The default settings in the Retainful plugin are sufficient for 99% of the stores. No adjustments will be required. You can use them as is.
