This guide walks you through the steps to install the Retainful plugin and connect it to your WooCommerce store.

Step 1: Installing and Activating the Retainful Plugin

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New.

3. In the search bar, type Retainful and press enter.

4. Locate the Retainful plugin in the search results and click Install Now.

5. Once installed, click Activate to enable the plugin.

Step 2: Getting the API Keys from Your Retainful Account

1. Login to your Retainful Dashboard (If you do not have an account, Signup for Free)

Step 3: Connecting Your WooCommerce Store with the Retainful API

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard and select the Retainful plugin.

2. Navigate to the Connection tab.

3. Paste the API keys into the respective fields.

4. Click Connect.

5. Once the connection is successfully established, a confirmation message will appear.

You can now track and recover abandoned carts from your store.

The default settings in Retainful plugin are designed to suit 99% of stores, so no adjustments are typically needed. You can use them as they are.
